Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
We deliver across India. Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. Track your order anytime from your account.
1. Shipping Coverage
Unique & U ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We currently do not ship internationally. To check if we deliver to your pin code, please enter it during checkout. If your area is not currently serviceable, we apologise for the inconvenience and are working to expand our reach.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.
- Standard delivery: Free on all orders across India.
- Express delivery (where available): ₹149 flat fee, applicable in select metro cities.
No hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- During sale periods or high demand: Dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and the courier partner:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural areas: 6–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates only. Unique & U is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other external factors.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it in the following ways:
- Log in to your account and visit My Orders to view the current status and tracking link.
- A tracking number and courier partner name will be shared via email and SMS upon dispatch.
- Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to check real-time delivery status.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails on all attempts:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse.
- You will be contacted to re-schedule delivery or arrange an alternate address.
- A re-delivery fee may apply for the second dispatch attempt.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled due to non-delivery, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, minus any applicable charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is damaged in transit or lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@stylehaven.in.
- Provide your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the damaged package.
- We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
8. Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately if they are fulfilled from different locations. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment. You will not be charged extra shipping for items dispatched separately from the same order.
