UNIQUEANDU is committed to providing its customers with satisfactory service. We do not accept returns or refunds for our products except in the following cases:

1. Major Damage with usability issue/Wrong item sent(Size different from the order):

If you receive a product with major damage affecting its usability or if you receive the wrong size compared to your order, you may request a return or refund.

2. Return Procedure:

1. To initiate a return, you must raise a query through our support platforms (Call/Website Support Portal, etc.) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. You must provide an unboxing video along with your return request. Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Tracking and shipment-based complaints raised after 30 days from the date of product dispatch will not be considered.

3. Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are received in our system.
2. Please ensure the product is of the correct size before placing the order. Refunds cannot be initiated for size-related issues.

4. Color Disclaimer:

Riya Designer Boutique offers various color options, but please note that colors seen on a monitor may differ slightly from the actual colors of the products. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor's display.

6. Responsibilities:

1. If the original product is unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative product of the same price or less. If you choose a more expensive product during the exchange, additional payment must be cleared with UNIQUEANDU beforehand.
2. Riya Designer Boutique reserves the right to assess each case separately and take necessary action at its discretion.

7. Refund Process:

1. Refunds will be issued only by credit return.
2. Credits against the customer’s credit card account may take 3-5 business days to process after receiving and examining the product.
3. The corresponding bank of the customer may take an additional 2-5 business days to reflect the credits on the customer’s account.
